Editing Entries in the Callers List
Important!
The Callers List does not save changes. Editing in the Callers List is generally used if you plan to call the number and
need to add a prefix or if you want to edit the name and/or number of a Callers List record before saving it to the Direc-
tory.
In the Callers List, if a dial pad key is pressed when a number and/or a name is displayed, the cursor automatically adds the
digit at the left side of the number to enable the entry of the prefix.
IP Phone UI
Use the following procedure to edit the Callers List:

Press the Callers List Key

to find the entry you want to edit. Press
your list.
3.
Press any key on the dial pad to begin editing.
Note:
A number/symbol will be entered in the number field corresponding to the dialpad key you pressed. This
number/symbol can be deleted by pressing 3 if required.
4.
Edit the number field using the respective keys on the dialpad.
Notes:
Pressing 4 will delete a character to the right of the cursor while pressing 3 will delete a character to the left of
the cursor.
To dial the displayed number press

to switch the focus to the name field.

Edit the name field using the respective keys on the dialpad.
Notes:
Pressing 4 will delete a character to the right of the cursor while pressing 3 will delete a character to the left of
the cursor.
To save the edited record to the Directory, press the Save key and then the Directory key.
Deleting Entries From the Callers List
You can delete individual items from the Callers List, or you can delete all items in the Callers List.

Use the following procedure to delete an individual item from the Callers List:

Press the Callers List Key

to find the item you want to delete.
3.
Press the Delete Key.
4.
Press the Delete Key again at the prompt to erase the item.
