Problem
Cannot record.
Power to other
equipment does not
come on.
Low voltage.
Battery alarms appear
frequently.
Cause
SRMemory card is write-protected. Return the write-protect switch to the original
Power switch of other equipment is
not on.
The power cable is too long,
causing a voltage drop.
If battery alarms appear even when
the input voltage is sufficient, the
END and NEAR END settings for
the DC power supply are wrong.
Countermeasures

Turn power switch of other equipment on.
If the power cable is too long or does not have
a sufficient current capacity rating, cable
impedance can cause a voltage drop. Replace
the cable with a shorter one.
Change the END and NEAR END settings to
suitable voltage settings for the DC power
supply.
