4.6 Auxiliary Hydraulics

The PT-100G models come equipped with an
auxiliary hydraulic system designed to power
approved hydraulic attachments.
To operate, connect the attachment to the
quick couplers (fig. 4.6-1).
To connect couplers:
1. Clean couplers thoroughly (both ends).
2. Release residual pressure in the system by pressing item 1 (fig. 4.6-1).
3. Push the male and female coupler ends together, then turn coupler collar 1/4
turn to lock.

The auxiliary hydraulics can be engaged intermittently or continuously depending
on the requirements of the attachment being utilized.
To engage the low flow auxiliary circuit intermittently, roll the switch on the top of
the right joystick (item 5) to the right or left of center to control flow volume and
direction (fig. 4.6-2).
To engage the high or low flow auxiliary circuit continuously, activate the switch
for the desired circuit on the switch panel, labeled 6 or 7 in figure 4.6-3.
Note: The upper auxiliary hydraulic buttons direct fluid in one direction, while the
lower buttons direct fluid in the opposite direction allowing flow reversal within
the circuit.
Note: The auxiliary hydraulic switches must be pressed and held in place until all
three of the LED lights at the top of the button illuminate indicating activation.
