Define the job charges

Introduction
The Océ 31x5E default charge is one click for each job page side that is copied
or printed. You can define the charge for the following output:
2-sided output. Select a factor.
A3 (11 x 17") output. Select a factor.
Blank page. Select 'Yes' or 'No' .
The default setting is no charge for blank pages of any size. The user must
identify the blank pages in the display screen menu.
The charges for scan jobs depend on the number of page sides scanned. You
can define a factor for charging. If required, you can ignore the charges of scan
jobs. Then, select '0'.
The charges are passed on to the accounting system and the copy control
device.
Before you begin
Enter the key operator system.

Activate the 'Accounting' section.

Open the 'Charges' card.
2.
Press the '2-sided output' function key to select '1' or '2'.
