PROBLEM

POSSIBLE CAUSE
Low oil level
The engine switch is not in the
ON position�
Pressure is too high in the
hose�
The nozzle is partially blocked�
Pressure is too high�
The circulation valve is
blocked�
The water cock is closed�
Build up of ice in the machine�
The water supply is inade-
quate�
The water inlet filter is
blocked�
The delivery hose is kinked�
The nozzle is worn or dama-
ged�
Air in the pump�
The pressure regulator is not
set to max�
The intake or outlet valve is
blocked or worn�
The circulation valve is not
working properly�
ACTION
ð Fill up with oil�
ð Set the engine switch to ON�
ð Keep the trigger pressed when starting�
ð Clean the nozzle�
ð Shorten the spiral spring on the check valve�
ð Clean the circulation valve�
ð Open the water cock�
ð Allow the ice to melt in all the parts of the machine�
The water connection must provide at least 15 l/min
ð
at 1�4 bar�
ð
Clean the filter�
ð Straighten out the hose�
ð
Replace the nozzle�
Press the trigger and wait until the water jet flows
ð
smoothly�
ð Set the regulator to max�
ð Clean or replace the valves�
ð Clean the circulation valve�
