Commissioning, inspection, maintenance
Further details regarding the individual steps
Supply (flow) pres-
sure for natural
gas
Below 15 mbar
(1.5 kPa)
15 to 25 mbar (1.5 to
2.5 kPa)
Above 25 mbar
(2.5 kPa)
Setting max. heating output
The maximum output for heating oper-
ation can be limited. The limit is set via
the modulation range. The max. adjust-
able heating output is limited upwards by
the boiler coding card.
40
Supply (flow)
pressure for LPG
Below 42.5 mbar
(4.25 kPa)
42.5 to 57.5 mbar
(4.25 to 5.75 kPa)
Above 57.5 mbar
(5.75 kPa)
8. Shut down the boiler. Close the gas
shut-off valve and remove the pres-
sure gauge.
Close test connector A with the
screw.
9.
Danger
Gas escaping from the test
connector leads to a risk of
explosion.
Check for gas tightness.
Open the gas shut-off valve. Start the
boiler and check for gas tightness at
test connector A.
Actions
Do not commission the boiler. Notify your
gas supply utility or LPG supplier.
Start the boiler.
Position a separate gas pressure gover-
nor upstream of the system and regulate
the pre-charge pressure to 20 mbar
(2 kPa) for natural gas or 50 mbar
(5 kPa) for LPG. Notify your gas supply
utility or LPG supplier.
