Getting started
Deregistering cordless handset and cordless headset
If you have a registered handset and/or headset, and need to replace one
of them or both, you will have to deregister both devices first, then register
each device to the deskset separately. Please read all the instructions on
this page before beginning the deregistration process.
Please make sure the telephone system is not in use before deregistration.
To deregister the cordless handset and headset from the MS2015 deskset
1.
On the deskset, press MENU

The deskset screen shows Deregister all devices?

Press 'SELECT' to confirm. Press
to confirm.
5.
The process takes up to 10 seconds to complete.
The deskset shows Handset deregistered. DECT
Headset deregistered. when the deregistration is
successful. The deskset returns to the Registration
menu. To return to the idle screen, press
CANCEL twice.
6.
If you are deregistering a headset, enter the
following code on the headset by pressing the keys
in this order: VOLUME /+, MUTE, VOLUME /–,
MUTE, VOLUME /+, VOLUME /–, MUTE. When
you see the headset ON/OFF light flashing twice
every five seconds, the deregistration is successful.

To register a cordless handset again, refer to the registration information on page 17.
