Shift cable adjustment

After a long time use, more and more free play of shift cable make gear position is not accurately or
shift lever in a wrong position, so adjust the shift cable refer to Preventative maintenance and
service log.
1 Loosen the adjustment nuts, move the cable forwards or backwards according situation,
repeat it until find a position where gear shift work correctly and the shift lever work in a proper
position.
2 Repeat step 1 with another shift cable.
3 Tighten all of the adjustment nuts, see Pic 7.14-Pic 7.15.

Pedal adjustment

After a long time riding, please give each adjustment to accelerator, brake and clutch pedal. Do as
what you have done for the first time to adjust to the three pedals, see Pic 6.12-Pic 6.14.

Parking brake adjustment

After a long time use, more and more free play of parking brake cable make parking brake power
decrease, so adjust the shift cable refer to Preventative maintenance and service log.
