Rear Wheel Replacement
It is not needed to disassemble the center castle nuts when you replace the front wheels or the rear
wheels. Just take off these 5 cap-nuts, and replace the wheels with a new one. Tighten these 5 nuts
after replacing the wheels, the wheel need to be assembled by a JOYNER authorized dealer, see Pic
7.23.
Rear propellers shaft nuts Torque: 180±5 NxM/182±3.5FT_LB.
Hub nuts Torque: 70±5 NxM/51±3.5FT_LB.
Clutch replacement

Remove two bolts, and demount Starter-assembly carefully, see Pic 7.24-Pic7.26.

Remove four bolts on the transmission case, lay down these carefully, see Pic 7.27-Pic 7.29.
Caution: When fix the four bolts in the transmission case; you must tighten them according to the
prescribed torque 45-55 NxM/33-40.5 Ft-Lb.

Remove upper steel cushions and lower steel cushion, see Pic 7.30-Pic 7.31.

Insert a spine-shaft into the hole of the Clutch assy, remove the six bolts on the Clutch pressure
