Faulty flasher unit.
WHAt tO DO
Free the blades before using the wipers.
Change them.
Contact a RENAULT Dealer.
Replace the bulb.
Replace the bulb.
Reconnect wire.
Contact your RENAULT Dealer.
Replace it.
Needs replacing: Consult a RENAULT
Dealer.
