SYMPTOM

Feeder connector is loose.

Troubleshooting and Diagnostics
SOLUTION
Disconnect Feeder and reattach to Printer.

Clean sensors with canned air or soft cotton cloth.

Reset the height of the Separator "H" Block.
Increase the setting in the Feed Gap menu

Place a larger stack of media on Feed Rollers.
