8. CONVEYER TIME

This item increases the length of time the conveyer will stay on. Generally, when the print
quality is set higher than draft, and / or, print width is larger than normal, the drying time of
printed records must be increased to prevent smearing or smudging of addresses. Special
consideration of ink drying time and media handling for glossy or tyvek media should also be
considered when using a conveyer.
Menu Items
Use a 5 volt DC relay switch or a Bryce Pulse Box inline with the Accessory Port and the Conveyer
when connecting to the 5 VDC line [Pin 3] and the Conveyer Signal line [Pin 2]. Reference the Schematic
for the pins to use when connecting to the Conveyer Port. (See Section K for ordering information)

9. IMAGE OVERLAY

Explanation
This item modifies the amount of time the conveyer
continues to run after printing a record. Changing
the time for the conveyer to remain running alters
how the media is shingled on the conveyer.
Explanation
This option saves the very first record or graphic
received into the printers' memory as an overlay.
This option clears the overlay data in the printers'
memory.
This option prints the data sent for the overlay onto
the first piece. Use this piece to verify the location
of the overlay is correct.
