SOLUTION
Adjust the Separator "H" Block according to
users manual.
Place a larger stack of media on Feed Rollers.
Clean with water and plastic scouring pad.
Reposition Feed Ramp Assembly and Media
Support Wedge to transfer the weight of media
onto Feed Rollers.
Call Service Representative.
Minimum thickness of media is 0.003" (0.00762
cm). Maximum thickness of media is 0.5" (1.27
cm)
Fan media before placing on Feed Rollers.
Maximum thickness of media is 0.5" (1.27 cm)
