Selecting a display mode ([MODE] switch)

To select a display mode, set the [MODE] switch to the desired mode.
STD. mode
(see operations panel control 8 on page 6)
E i t h e r l o w - f r e q u e n c y d i s p l a y , h i g h -
frequency display, or high-frequency/low-
frequency dual display is available in STD.
(standard display) mode. The dual display
format differs according to the dual-display
format selection method in the display mode
submenu.
ZOOM mode
(see operations panel control 8 on page 6)
Either STD./ZOOM dual display for low-
frequency or high-frequency use, high-
frequency/low-frequency dual display, or
ZOOM display for both frequencies is
available in ZOOM (partial expand display)
mode. The dual display format differs
according to the dual-display format
selection method in the display mode
submenu.
BTM. LOCK mode
Either STD./BTM. LOCK dual display for
low-frequency or high-frequency use, high-
frequency/low-frequency dual display, or
BTM. LOCK display at both frequencies is
available in BTM. LOCK (sea bottom
expand display) mode. The dual display
format differs according to the dual-display
format selection method in the display mode
submenu.
