7. AFTER-SALE SERVICES
When Asking for Repair
If any trouble is suspected, immediately discontinue use and contact your JRC product dealer or the JRC
sales or service representative in your area.
Repair within the warranty period
under normal operating conditions based on the description and instructions of this manual. This repair
service does not apply to trouble caused by mis-use, faults, force majeure, or the like.
After the warranty period
user's request and at the user's cost.
When asking for repair, please give us or your JRC product dealer the following information
Product name, model number, date of manufacture, and serial number
How and why did the trouble occur (please inform in detail as far as possible)
Your company/institution name, address, and phone number
Optional Servicing
Performance depends on operating conditions. It may, however, deteriorate with time-varying changes in the
characteristics of the unit components.
It is recommended that this unit should undergo optional servicing in addition to your own routine
maintenance. Optional servicing is onerous.
If you have any questions about our after-sale services, please your JRC product dealer or the JRC sales or
service representative in your area.
