Annex 6 Confirmation Form
1. Use the Confirmation table to add more secondary refrigerant
Calculate the additional amount of secondary refrigerant required according to the diameter and
length of the copper pipes.
The table below lists the formula used to calculate the additional amount of secondary refrigerant
needed for liquid copper pipes of various diameters (The amount of secondary refrigerant
required for the pipes that come with the indoor unit is already available).

2. What to be confirmed before the trial run
Power off protection- current
Power cable model
If the addresses of the indoor unit are properly set
If the indoor unit is powered
If the communication line is properly connected
If the manifolds are mounted as required
If the condensate water pipe of the indoor unit is clear
If the equipment is properly grounded
If the equipment is properly insulated(
If the input voltage is correct (220V
Check that the piping is airtight and vacuum before they are refilled
If the number of indoor units is preset using the outdoor unit controller
If the valve of the outdoor unit is opened
3. Test and maintenance record
