The BBH User Utility is a software program used to maintain and troubleshoot the Sidekick 1200 and 1400u
scanners.

The BBH User Utility's main functions are as follows:

Displays Scanner Status and Error Code
Displays Product ID, Firmware version, Interface and the
status of terminator and imprinter.
Displays "System" counter, "After Clean Roller" counter
and "After Replace Roller" counter.
Clears "After Clean Roller" counter or "After Replace
Roller" counter.
Enables or Disables Sleep Mode. Set the time out before
entering Sleep Mode.
For 1400u only - enabling and disabling the sleep mode is
not available.
Cleans Imprinter (only for Model 1400/1400u series)
Saves scanner and PC information to a file.
