8-3-20. Adjustment in the 50 Hz Mode

Be sure to perform the adjustments in the 50 Hz mode after completing the adjustment in the 59.94 Hz
mode.
1. Setting the Switches and SETUP MENU
This setting should be fixed in position unless otherwise specified.
SETUP MENU
SYSTEM SEL: 50i (PAL)
2. Connection
The signal generator is switched to TSG-131A (for PAL).
3. Adjustment in the 50 Hz Mode
Perform the adjustments as follows.
. HD HCK frequency adjustment (Refer to Section 8-3-3.)
. SYNC phase adjustment (Refer to Section 8-3-4.)
. CHARACTER DC adjustment (Refer to Section 8-3-5.)
. CF DET CENTER adjustment (Refer to Section 8-3-6.)
4. Setting the Switches and SETUP MENU
The setting is returned to the customer setting.
