BEFORE YOU BEGIN Congratulations for selecting the new PROFORM model number and serial number before contacting ® CSX exercise cycle. Cycling is an effective exercise us. To make assembly easier, read the information on page 5 before you begin assembling the exercise cycle. Identify the Front Stabilizer (2). See the inset drawing. Attach a Wheel (14) to one end of the Front Stabilizer (2) with an M8 Locknut (10).

3. While a second person holds the Upright (13) in the position shown, connect the Upper Wire Harness (36) to the Lower Wire Harness (55). Carefully pull the excess Upper Wire Harness (36) Avoid pinching the out of the top of the Upright (13), and slide the Wire Harnesses (36, 55) Upright onto the Frame (1).

5. The Console (16) can use four 1.5V D batteries (not included); alkaline batteries are recommended. IMPORTANT: If the Console has been exposed to cold temperatures, allow it to warm to room temperature before inserting batteries. Otherwise, you may damage the console dis- plays or other electronic components.
