INSPECTION AND ADJUSTMENT
AIR CLEANER
Remove
the
screws attaching the right side cover
and remove the side cover.
Remove the element
retainer
and element.
Wash
the
element in non-f lammable
or
high flash
point solvent and allow to dry.
NOTE
Do not wash
the
element
in
gasoline or
vege-
table oil.
Soak the element in clean engine
oil
or gear oil
(SAE
80-
90)
and
squeeze
out any excess.
Install the element and retainer.
Install the right side cover.
