Setting/Storing a User Inbox
You can set and store a name and password for a User Inbox, as well as specify the
time that has to elapse before the documents in that inbox are automatically
erased.
NOTE
•
You can create up to 100 User Inboxes.
•
The numbers for User Inboxes are 00 to 99.
•
Setting a name for a User Inbox is optional.
•
Setting a password for a User Inbox is optional.

Press
Inboxes Settings].

Select the desired User Inbox number.
If you enter User Inbox number using
two digit number ➞ press [OK].

Specify each setting ➞ press [OK].
[Register Inbox Name]:
Press [Register Inbox Name] ➞ enter the new name ➞ press [OK].
[Password]:
If you want to set a password for this User Inbox, enter the password using
(numeric keys) ➞ enter the same number to confirm the password ➞ press [OK].
You can leave the password blank. You cannot store a password with only zeros
as the number, such as <0000000>.
