REMOVING THE PUMP AND MOTOR

WARNING
Electrical Shock Hazard
Disconnect power before servicing.
Replace all parts and panels before
operating.
Failure to do so can result in death or
electrical shock.
1.
Unplug washer or disconnect power.
2.
Tilt the cabinet forward and remove it
(see page 4-5 for the procedure).
3.
To remove the pump:
a) Place a container near the two pump
hoses to catch the water.
b) Loosen the two clamps from the tub
outlet and drain hoses and pull the
hoses off the pump.
c) Release the two spring clips and pull
the pump away from the motor.

REASSEMBLY NOTE: Position the pump on
the motor shaft with the feet in the bracket in-
dents (circled below).
