3. At the search screen, enter a query in the
search field. You can do one of the
following.
– As you type the query, touch a
suggested result from your device's
searchable items to view it. For
example, a contact or music.
– As you type the query, touch a
suggestion to conduct a Web search.
– Touch Go to conduct a Web search on
the query exactly as you typed it.
– Press the Menu key to access more
features.
To do a search at any time, press the Search
key on your device.
Do a Voice Search
1. From the home screen, touch Main Menu
icon.
2. At the main menu, touch Voice Search.
3. Follow the prompts to complete your
search.
To do a voice search from the Google Search
search, touch Voice Search icon on the icon
bar at top of screen.
Launch Talk
Talk is an instant messaging program provided
by Google. It lets you chat with other people
that also have a Google account. Your device

must be synchronized with a valid Google
account to use this feature.
1. From the home screen, touch Main Menu
icon.
2. At the main menu, touch Talk.
3. At the friends list, you can do one of the
following:
– Touch friend to initiate a new chat or
continue a current chat.
– Touch and hold an friend to access
features for that specific friend.
– Press the Menu key to access more
features.
Launch YouTube
YouTube is an online video streaming service
that allows you to view videos uploaded by
YouTube members.
1. From the home screen, touch Main Menu
icon.
2. At the main menu, touch YouTube. If this
is your first time using YouTube, you need
to accept the terms of service.
3. At the videos list, you can do one of the
following:
– Touch a video to play it.
– Touch icon on top icon bar to record a
new video or search for videos.
– Press the Menu key to access more
features.
