Google Account
You will need a Google account to access
several features such as Gmail, Google Maps,
Google Talk, and the Android Market. Before
you are able to access these Google
applications, you must enter your Google
account information.
For more information an how to synchronize
your Google account with your device, see
"Accounts & sync" on page 65.
Create Account on Web
If you do not already have a Google account,
you can create one via the Web.
1. From a computer, launch a Web browser.
2. Go to www.google.com.
3. Select Sign-In to see the Google login
page.
4. Select Create an account now to create a
new account.
5. Follow the prompts to create a free account.

Create Account from Device
You can create a Google account from your
device.
1. From Accounts & sync, touch Add
account.
2. Select the Google application.
3. Touch Next and follow the prompts to
create a user name and password. You will
also need to accept the Google Terms of
Service.
4. Once your account is created, select the
Google applications you wish to
synchronize with your device.
