Camera
Use Camera to take pictures and record
videos.
Camera Tips
Before using your device's camera, here are
some tips:
• You must have an SD card installed to take
pictures or record videos.
• You cannot use your camera while your
device is connected to a computer and the
storage card is recognized as a USB drive.
• If you get a low memory error, check your
resolution and quality compression
settings.
Take a Picture
1. From the home screen, touch Main Menu
icon.
2. At the main menu, touch Camera.
3. Adjust the settings as needed.
4. To take the picture, touch Take picture
icon. The new image is saved to your
Gallery.
Record a Video
1. From the home screen, touch Main Menu
icon.
2. At the main menu, touch Camera.

3. Use the slider control to switch to video
mode.
4. Adjust the settings as needed.
5. To start the recording, touch Record video
icon.
6. To end the recording, touch Record video
icon again. The new video is saved to your
Gallery.
Camera Options
Save Store Location
1. When taking a picture, touch Store
location icon.
2. Touch On to save the store location with
your picture.
3. Touch Store location icon close and
confirm.
Review Last Picture
When taking a picture, touch the thumbnail in
the right corner to view the last picture taken or
saved to your SD card.
You can view the picture as needed. For more
information, see "Gallery" on page 45.
Switch to Camcorder
When taking a picture, use the slide control to
switch from the Camera icon to the
Camcorder icon. You can now record a video.
