REPAIR WORK

1. Remove nozzle according to chap.

5.4.3 and 5.4.5

2. With the trigger pressed (protects

the sealing surfaces) unscrew

collar (G) with the nozzle spanner

2800 (I). Replace, and tighten it

carefully.

3. Reassemble nozzle in reverse

order.

WARNING

Only a WAGNER service center or a suitably trained person may

carry out repairs and replace parts.

Only repair and replace parts that are listed in the chapter "Spare

parts catalog".

Before all work on the unit and in the event of work interrup-

tions:

- Disconnect the control unit from the mains.

- Relieve the pressure from the spray gun and unit.

- Secure the spray gun against actuation.

Observe the operating and service instructions when carrying

out all work.
