Leaking material the nozzle

Cause
• No high voltage
• Defective sealing (71)*
in gun barrel
• Air-passages damp
• Damaged valve seat in
the collar (18)*
• Damaged needle head
(73)*
• Seal (29)* or seal (71)*
tighten to fast

Solution
• Check function of control
unit in accordance with its
manual
• Switch on high voltage
switch
• Repair by WAGNER Service
• Clean air passages and
drying
• Check the seal tightness
with air.
If not tight, change the
needle head. and nozzle
• Change needle head
• Adjust sealing screw (28)*
or sealing screw (70)* until
valve stem is closed, or
replace seals.
