Function detail description

For Macintosh OS X

To use ID & Print, it must be specified in "Printer Information". Make sure that ID & Print is specified in

"Printer Information". For details, refer to "Setting options" on page 9-32.

Select "Output Method".

Select the "User Authentication" check box.

Select "Recipient User", and then enter the user name and password.

For details on user authentication, refer to "Printing on a machine with the user authentication set

up" on page 11-20.
