Quantize function

QUANTIZE
Quantize is an auto-corrector of timing errors
made during the recording. Quantize "shifts" re-
corded events automatically to the nearest frac-
tion of a measure (bar) according to a resolution
determined by the current quantize value.

record mode:
QUANTIZE in User Style Rec mode:
