Powering On the DSR-4550

To apply power to the DSR-4550, perform the following steps:
Plug the DSR-4550 into a power source and all LEDs on the front panel are illuminated

go out and the LCD screen displays a screen similar to the following:
This screen is displayed for only 30 seconds, then the front panel LCD displays the
