SAS to SAS/SATA RAID Subsystem

5.2.6 Activate Incomplete RAID Set

When Raid Set State is "Normal", this means there is no failed disk drive.
When does "Incomplete" Raid Set State Happens?
If the RAID subsystem is powered off and one disk drive is removed or has failed in
power off state, and when the subsystem is powered on, the Raid Set State will
change to "Incomplete".
The Volume Set will not be visible and the failed or removed disk will be shown as
"Missing". At the same time, the Host system will not detect the Volume Set,
hence the volumes are not accessible.
