You can change destination details as necessary.

Editing Destinations

Follow steps 1 to 4 of "One-Touch/Coded Speed Dialing" (see
p. 2-12).
Press and hold [Clear] to delete the entire number.
If you do not want to change the registered number, press [OK] ➞ proceed to
step 4.
Enter the new fax/telephone number ➞ press [OK] ➞ [OK].
Press and hold [Clear] to delete the entire name.
If you do not want to change the registered name, press [OK] ➞ proceed to
step 6.
