2-14 Storing Destinations
Press [OK] to select <TEL NUMBER ENTRY>.
Enter the fax/telephone number using the numeric keys ➞
press [OK].
You can press [ ] or
You can enter up to 120 digits for the fax number.
NOTE
If you make a mistake when entering the number, press and hold
delete the entire number ➞ enter the correct number.
Press [OK] to select <NAME>.
Enter a name for the recipient of the fax ➞ press [OK].
You can enter up to 16 characters for the name.
NOTE

For instructions on entering characters, see "Entering Characters," on p. 1-11.

The first character that you enter for the name is used for sorting the destination list
when you press keys, such as
name using the Address Book.
(Clear) to delete the last number entered.
