Coded Speed Dialing

Coded speed dialing enables you to start a document transmission by pressing
[Coded Dial] followed by a three-digit code.
IMPORTANT
To use this dialing method, you must first register destinations for coded speed dialing.
(See "Storing Destinations," on p. 2-12.)
NOTE

A maximum of 201 destinations can be specified at the same time. If you specify a group,
which is made up of several destinations, each destination in the group is counted as a
separate destination.

Dialing Methods
Press [FAX].
The FAX indicator lights and the machine enters the Fax Standby mode.
Press [Coded Dial] ➞ enter the desired three-digit code (000 to
139) using the numeric keys.
NOTE
<NOT REGISTERED> appears if no destination is stored in the coded speed
dialing code that you entered.
If you want to cancel your selection, press
(Stop) or
(Reset).
