IMPORTANT
•
If <RESTRICT NEW ADD.> in <ACCESS TO DEST.> in <SYSTEM SETTINGS> is
set to on, you cannot transfer any received documents in memory.
•
You cannot use a speed dialing key/code to specify the transfer destination.
•
The job which has been transferred will be listed on the Activity Report. However,
the TX REPORT for the transferred job will not be printed.
•
You cannot transfer a document during its reception or printing.
NOTE
You can select whether to continue printing or store received documents in
memory without printing them in case the machine runs out of toner. If you want to
use the transfer function when the machine runs out of toner, you must select <RX
TO MEMORY> in <CONT. PRINTING> in <PRINTER SETTINGS> in <FAX
SETTING> in advance. (See "When the Machine Runs Out of Toner," on p. 4-8.)
