SPEED DIAL

"Speed Dial" enables users to place a call by pressing a reduced number of keys. It is very
helpful to dial some regularly called contacts.
LAUNCH SPEED DIAL
To launch Speed Dial:
1) Open Phone application as described in
Phone application opens.
2) Tap Speed Dial button
Speed Dial opens:
Voicemail is set to the 1
speed-dial contact
Tap a number to
speed-dial a contact
Calls the selected contact
Note only contacts (in Contacts application) are addable to speed-dial contacts.
Note Speed Dial application sets your voicemail as the first speed-dial contact. Tap its
numbering key to edit voicemail number. See Voice mail & Text Messages on page
to know how to set up voicemail.
SPEED-DIAL CONTACTS
To speed-dial a contact:
1) Open Phone application as described in
Phone application opens.
2) From onscreen dial pad, tap & hold the number assigned to speed-dial a contact.
