The purpose of this test is to verify that the AFG meets its specifications for
non-harmonic and spurious distortion.
Connect equipment as shown in Figure 2-10
–
Set Spectrum Analyzer to :
–
Ref Level = 10 dBm
Resolution BW = 3 kHz
Video BW = 3 kHz
These are recommended settings only. Adjust your spectrum analyzer as
necessary.

1. Reset the AFG:
*RST;*CLS
Reset AFG and clear status registers
