Functional Verification: Aux Out Test

Test Procedure
Chapter 2
The purpose of this test is to check the Aux Out port. A pulse is sent to the
Aux Out port for each zero crossing of the 10 kHz sinewave.
1. Reset the AFG:
*RST;*CLS
2. Set up the equipment as shown in Figure 2-2. Set scope Channels A
and B to 2 V/div, .02 msec/div.

3. Set up the AFG to output a 10 kHz sinewave with gating enabled:
FREQ 1E4;
:OUTP:LOAD INF
VOLT 4VPK
MARK:FEED "OUTP:ZERO"
INIT:IMM
4. Verify that Channel A displays a 10 kHz sinewave. Verify that
Channel B displays a 10 kHz squarewave.
Reset AFG and clear status registers
Set freq to 1 MHz
Infinite load
Set AFG amplitude
Marker at zero crossings
Initiate
