RX Report

This report is used to check if documents were sent normally from the sending party, or if
documents were received normally by this machine.
You can set whether or not to automatically print an RX report. (See 'Setting Automatic
Output of an RX Report,' on p. 7-6.)
NOTE
The default setting for RX Report is "Off". (See 'Setting Automatic Output of an RX Report,' on p. 7-6.)

REPORT NAME
An "RX REPORT" is printed when the sending of documents is completed normally,
and also when a receiving error occurs.

MESSAGE
A message describing the reception result is printed.

JOB NO.
The 4-digit number, that is automatically assigned when a receiving document is
accepted, is printed.

DEPARTMENT ID
If Department ID Management is set, the Department ID is printed.

DESTINATION
The telephone number of the sending party is printed to the first 20 digits.
ADDRESS

SUBADDRESS
A subaddress is printed if one is specified.

DESTINATION ID
The name of the remote party is printed.

ST. TIME
The date and time (24-hour clock display) at which the documents started to be sent
are printed.

USAGE T
The time taken (minutes and seconds) from start to end of sending is printed.

PGS.
The number of pages of the original that were sent normally to the remote party is
printed.

RESULT
When sending of the documents ended normally, "OK" is printed.
When a sending error occurred, "NG" is printed.
If a sending error occurred, the page number of the page in which the error occurred,
and also the error code number are printed.
