Set each item to "On" or "Off," and press "OK."
To automatically print an Activity report when the number of transactions
reaches 40:
Select "On" for Auto Print.
When not setting automatic printing, select "Off."
To print an Activity report with sent and received transactions separated:
Select "On" for Send/Receive Separate.
When not distinguishing between sent and received transactions, select "Off."
To print an Activity report at a specified time:
Select "On" for Daily Activity Report Time
(numeric keys)
When not specifying the print start time, press "Off."
Enter the time in 24-hour clock format, as four digits without a space.
(Example: 7:05 a.m. → 0705; 11:18 p.m. → 2318)
If you make an incorrect entry, press

Press "Done."
The specified mode is set.
Press "Done" repeatedly until the Fax Basic Features screen appears.
