The bar codes in this section provide a handy way
to program numeric information into the scanner.
Certain scanner models have been
programmed by factory default to
decode Code 39 bar codes with a
minimum length of two digits, and
will require reprogramming to allow
the scanner to read single-digit bar
codes. See the following page for
instructions to change Code 39 mini-
mum length.
