9 SERVICE SCHEDULE
Clean the air filter and air filter box.
Change the glass fiber yarn filling of the main silencer.
Check the screws and nuts for tightness.
Check the idle.

Final check: Check the vehicle for safe operation and take a test ride.
Make the service entry in KTM DEALER.NET and in the service record.
S20A: Every 20 operating hours - corresponds to about 140 liters of fuel (37 US gal)
S40A: Every 40 operating hours - corresponds to about 280 liters of fuel (74 US gal) / after every race

Service work (as additional order)

Change the front brake fluid.
Change the rear brake fluid.
Change the hydraulic clutch fluid.
Grease the steering head bearing.
Check/set the carburetor components.
Conduct a major fork service.
Service the shock absorber.
Check the starter drive.

Change the piston and check the cylinder.
Change the connecting rod, conrod bearing and crank pin.
Check the transmission and shift mechanism.
Change all engine bearings.
S40A: Every 40 operating hours - corresponds to about 280 liters of fuel (74 US gal)
S80A: Every 80 operating hours - corresponds to about 560 liters of fuel (148 US gal) / every 40 operating hours after sporting use -
