CHAPTER 3: Replacing notebook components
Tools you need to complete this task:
Flat-blade driver
Phillips #0 screwdriver
Screws removed during this task:
2 black M2.5×3
(Keyboard cover)
To replace the keyboard cover:

Complete the steps in

Remove the two keyboard cover screws from the inside of the battery
compartment.
Screw

Turn your notebook over so the top is facing up.

Open the LCD panel to the fully opened position.

Insert the small flat-blade screwdriver under each of the hinge covers and gently
pry them up.
