You should be able to Flash the newer Monster Packs to unbrand your phone without affecting your unlocked status.
There are no guarantees as you know. But mine was originally Vodafone branded and after I used RSD Lite 2.8 to
flash the unbranded firmware, I have had no issues.
Now, you need to know if your phone is network unlocked, meaning you can use any SIM (e.g. Cingular, T-mobile,
Orange, Vodafone...) or is it SIM unlocked, meaning you can only use any SIM from your network operator?
