Answer: (zbruder) @Magicmanx. I found the SEEM edit you are looking for. This is from the V3 board but it works on
the V3x as well.
It's in SEEM 004a_0001, offset 80. To have it set with hyphens change the value to 00, as 01 is
without hyphens.
