Confirming the Results of Transmission,
Status of Printing Jobs, and Saved Documents
(Job List)
Confirm the status of operation for the device, order of the pending printing jobs, results of transmission, and
documents saved in the bulletin board or reception box on the Touch Panel.
Before Starting
Operations
The Job List screen is divided into the following five categories.
Job
Touch [Job] to display the functions under operations.
Print Order
Touch [Print Order] to display the order (maximum of eight jobs) of printing, including
documents for copy/received-fax/report printout/PC printout, etc.
Print
Touch [Print] to display the status of the printing operation for the documents for copy/
PC printout.
Type
Touch [Type] to display the status of the send-fax and received fax documents.
Type of Document
Documents Now Sending/To Be Sent
Documents Sent (not including scanning to PC)
Documents Now Receiving/To Be Printed
Documents Received
Doc.
The screen displays documents that are stored in the machine.
Bulletin
Displays documents that have been registered to the Bulletin Board.
You can print or delete the registered documents.
* Bulletin Board is available with the optional Fax Kit installed.
RX Document
Displays public documents and documents stored per line (Network/G3-1/G3-2) or
per function set by using Document Management function (F-Code).
All Other Documents: Displays ordinary received documents.

Reception Box
* G3-1, G3-2 and Reception Boxes are available with the optional Fax Kit installed.
Secure Print
Touch [Secure Print] to print the documents set as confidential by PC printing func-
tion.
By setting the software switch, you can specify the time for holding confidential docu-
ments. Refer to Operation Manual (Fax).
: Displays documents received with Internet Fax (E-mail) and
Internet Fax (IP-TX).
: Displays documents received with port G3-1.
: Displays documents received with port G3-2.
: Reception boxes must be set with the Document Manage-
ment function in advance.
When using Document Management function, the screen
displays documents stored per reception box by using F-
Code. Refer to Operation Manual (Fax).
