Transmitting Ledger sized Documents
For These Type of Documents
■ Use the Book Scanner
When a Ledger (11" by 17") document is transmitted, it is automatically reduced accord-
ing to the paper sizes available in the receiving machine.
To send Ledger size pages in their original size, select No Reduction.
For additional details, refer to Operation Manual (Fax).

Documents coated on the front or rear side
Color copied documents
Thin paper documents (documents less than 14 lbs.)
Documents smaller than 5"×3.9" size
Documents with holes
Documents just printed with the machine
