Allow liquid to saturate at 22 psig
(152 kPa). May require as long as 30
minutes at no flow.
Locate leak; repair as needed.
Conduct primary relief valve test and
replace valve if necessary.
Make certain that the Companion
1000/T is completely engaged.
Change or refill the Stationary.
Verify vent valve lever adjustment
allows valve to open completely.
Perform "Resaturating Liquid
Oxygen" procedure described in
Companion Stationary Technical
Manual.
Refer to section 5.9, Vent Valve.
Remove vent valve extension tube
and blow out tube with compressed
gas. Reassemble, ensuring proper
alignment of the vent tube and side
cover clearance hole.
Conduct NER test and contact
Replace Companion 1000/T fill
connector lip seal.
Engage and disengage mating fill
connectors several times to dislodge
ice crystal.
Replace female fill connector
assembly.
Allow unit to sit until connections
warm enough to disconnect. (Fill
connectors should be dried with lint-
free cloth before filling.)
