Corrected value of reception gain between line and modem.
Setting can be made over the range of 0 (+6.0dBm) to 24 (-6.0dBm) in
-0.5dBm increments by binary inputting.
Set in the HDLC mode (TONAL5-ANS mode).
The number of bytes the modem deems to be flag detected.
Setting can be made from 0 to 15 bytes by binary inputting in 1-byte
increments.
Initial value is reverted to when 0 is set.
