Remove (2) Phillips screws from under the instrument cluster. Remove ashtray then remove (2) Phillips screws in ashtray cavity. Unclip and remove panel surround- ing radio and remove the bezel.

Unclip and remove the radio trim panel starting with the bottom edge. (Figure A) Remove (2) Phillips screws securing radio. NOTE: For the 2003-2008 Hyundai...

Unclip and remove entire panel sur- rounding radio. (Figure A) Remove (4) Phillips screws securing radio.
Page 6 99-7313 KIT ASSEMBL Y DIN HEAD UNIT PROVISION WITH POCKET Slide the DIN cage into the Radio Housing and secure by bending the metal locking tabs down. (Figure A) Slide the aftermarket head unit into the cage until secure. (Figure B)
Page 7 99-7313 FINAL ASSEMBL Y FINAL ASSEMBL Y Strip wire ends back 1/2" Twist ends together Solder Tape Locate the factory wiring harness in the dash. Metra recommends using the proper mating adapter and making connections as shown. (Isolate and individually tape off the ends of any unused wires to prevent electrical short circuit.)
